Part of the Ralph Lauren Welington Collection, this heirloom-inspired convertible piece is designed to be styled as a lapel pin or a necklace. Its "Ralph Lauren"-engraved stirrup pendant is created by master artisans in Italy using a rubber mould and then completed with a hand-polished finish.
