- Right chest buttoned pocket. Two front waist angled pockets. "New York 1967 Ralph Lauren" embroidered above the chest pocket.
- "P" patch with "Champs" and a football at the left chest. Chenille bulldog and patches spelling "RL Varsity Football" at the center back.
- Adjustable buttoned tabs at the back hem. Fully lined.
