- Size medium has a 26¾" body length (front and back), a 17¾" shoulder, a 42" chest, and a 25¼" sleeve length. Sleeve length is taken from the center back of then neck and changes ½" between sizes.
- V-neck. Winged foot and "PRL" metal pins at the collar. Five-button placket. Corozo buttons.
- Long sleeves with rib-knit cuffs. Chevron and "67" patches at the left sleeve. Signature football patch, basketball patch, and "Capt." metal pin at the right sleeve.
- "R.L. All State Football Team" patch and star banner patches at the right chest.
- Two front waist patch pockets. "R" patch at the right pocket. "L" patch at the left pocket. Signature pins and patches throughout both pockets.
