- Size medium has a 27½" body length, an 18¼" shoulder, a 21½" chest, and a 25½" sleeve length. Sleeve length changes ½" between sizes.

- Long sleeves with striped rib-knit cuffs. “67” patch and two stripes at the left sleeve. Chenille “RLPC” football patch and embroidered stars at the right sleeve.
- Tiger patch, chenille “Ralph” patch, “S” patch, winged-foot patch, and “RLPC League Champs” patch at the front. Two front waist patch pockets.
- “5” patch, P-Wing logo patch, bulldog patch, and a “New York” pennant patch at the back.
